Market Update for August 27, 2018
In today's video:
1) The United States and Mexico reached a new trade deal sending U.S. equities substantially higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 259.29 points, the S&P 500 added 22.05 points while the Nasdaq 100 closed higher by 71.92 points and the Russell 2000 finished higher by 2.73 points.
2) Crude Oil Futures were flat today closing higher by just $0.21 while Gold Futures gained another $3.80 on more weakness in the U.S. dollar. The Bond market traded lower and the yield on the 10-year treasury note moved up to 2.848.
3) Just about all stocks closed higher today but one group of companies did exceptionally well and this could just be the starting point. In today's video, we will review specific names in the banking sector that look primed for more upside.
