In Today's Update:
1) Stocks rally hard and the DOW 30 posts its biggest single-day point gain ever. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 1086.25 or 4.98%, the S&P 500 added 116.60 or 4.96% while the Nasdaq 100 closed higher by 361.44 or 5.84% and the Russell 2000 finished higher by 62.89 or 4.96%.
2) Crude Oil Futures follow stocks higher surging nearly 10% while Gold Futures closed lower by $2.00 or 0.16% after a modest rise in the U.S. dollar. The Bond market traded lower today and the yield on the 10-year treasury note advanced to 2.807%.
3) Can the Equity markets actually continue to rally and post new highs or is this just a temporary bounce before a continuation lower? I personally think any move to the upside will be short-lived, but in today's video, we will analyze the daily, weekly, and monthly charts of the four main equity indices for answers.
