1) U.S. Equity markets finished the day mostly lower on Wednesday after trading higher earlier in the day. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 123.77 or 0.46%, the S&P 500 fell 11.82 or 0.38% while the NASDAQ 100 closed higher by 15.16 or 0.17% and the Russell 2000 finished lower by 19.14 or 1.22%.
2) Crude Oil Futures continued to show weakness dropping $2.34 or 1.17% while Gold Futures pulled back slightly closing lower by $4.00 or 0.2% on strength in the U.S. dollar. The Bond market gave back earlier gains and the yield on the 10-Year Treasury Note settled at 1.33%.
3) Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) finished today's regular trading session higher gaining $2.10 or 1.25% but is currently trading lower in the extended session. MSFT said it "no longer expects to meet the quarterly revenue guidance if previously provided for the segment that includes Windows" due to the Coronavirus.
