1) U.S. equities closed mostly higher again on Friday as the S&P 500 closed above the 2800 level for the first time since February. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 94.52 points, the S&P 500 added 3.02 points while the Nasdaq 100 closed higher by 2.06 points and the Russell 2000 finished lower by 3.20 points.
2) Crude Oil Futures rose slightly on Friday but did post a weekly loss for the second straight week. Gold Futures dropped $4.80 or 0.39% on Friday and flashed a bearish sign on the weekly chart while the Bond market closed higher and the yield on the 10-year treasury note dropped to 2.831.
3) Costco (COST) just closed out another very strong week. This stock has been performing exceptionally well since mid-April and looks poised for much more upside. The technicals suggest the stock has the potential to reach $240.00 per share near-term, and in today's video, we will take a closer look at the daily, weekly, and monthly charts.
