1) U.S. equities celebrated the jobs report on Friday and once again ignored the trade war between U.S. and China. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 99.74 points, the S&P 500 added 23.21 points while the Nasdaq 100 closed higher by 101.96 points and the Russell 2000 finished higher by 14.57 points.
2) Crude Oil Futures advanced $0.98 or 1.34% on Friday but did post a weekly loss while Gold Futures gave back $2.90 after posting gains a day earlier. The Bond market showed more strength on Friday driving the yield on the 10-year treasury note down to 2.820.
3) Shares of Biogen (BIIB) soared on Friday after successful results from an Alzheimer's drug clinical trial were announced. The stock gained $58.67 or 19.63% on very heavy volume. In today's video, we will analyze BIIB on various time frames and reveal the next key price level to watch.
