1) The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed completely unchanged for the first time since April of 2014 after another uneventful day on Wall Street. The S&P 500 advanced 4.83 or 0.16% while the NASDAQ 100 closed higher by 21.83 or 0.26% and the Russell 2000 finished higher by 0.35 or 0.02%.
2) Crude Oil Futures, Gold Futures, and the U.S. dollar all finished the day little changed. The Bond market edged slightly higher and the yield on the 10-Year Treasury Note settled at 1.924%.
3) A couple of cannabis-related stocks reported quarterly earnings on Tuesday with mixed reactions. Cronos Group Inc. (CRON) reported better-than-expected earnings but forward revenue estimates were modest sending the stock lower by $0.25 or 3.09%. After-market close, Tilray Inc. (TLRY) reported a loss but year-over-year revenue increased five fold and the stock is currently trading flat in the after-hours trading session.
