Market Update for June 11, 2019

In today's update:

1) U.S. Equity markets give up early gains to close lower and flash bearish signals. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 14.17 or 0.05%, the S&P 500 fell 1.01 or 0.04% while the Nasdaq 100 finished lower by 0.60 or 0.01% and the Russell 2000 closed lower by 4.45 or 0.29%.

2) Crude Oil Futures finished the day flat while Gold Futures advanced slightly closing higher by $1.30 or 0.10% on weakness in the U.S. dollar. The Bond market was also flat and the yield on the 10-year Treasury Note settled at 2.142%.

3) In today's video, we will take a closer look at the charts of the four main equity indexes. Now that the equity markets have retraced approximately two-thirds of May's losses, what should we expect for the rest of the year? Will stocks sell-off and test new lows or will they continue to rally and breakout to new highs?
