Market Update for September 17, 2018
In today's video:
1) FAANG stocks took a bite out of the U.S. Equity markets today as all four main Equity indexes closed lower. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 92.55 Points, the S&P 500 fell 16.18 points while the Nasdaq 100 closed lower by 114.25 points and the Russell 2000 finished lower by 18.17 points.
2) The U.S. dollar continued its slide today while the Bond market was flat and the yield on the 10-year treasury note held steady at 2.991%. Crude Oil Futures dropped slightly and Gold Futures gained $4.50 or 0.37%.
3) The Fall season is usually an active one for the U.S. Equity markets and this upcoming fall season should be very active providing Traders and Investors with plenty of profit-making opportunities.
